Catch those dreams

Turn the lights off! Your little summer fruit has eyes that can now react to the light and at the moment are slightly open as the eyelids have yet to fully close.

The jaw bone is developing and incredibly all of the milk teeth are in place!

How are you feeling?

Tired we’ll bet! Maybe a little dizziness or even the odd headache. There really is no harm to be done by taking a couple of paracetamol.  Better that than to suffer with a headache.

It’s not unusual to have vivid dreams.  Many women report talking animals, large buildings and scary nightmares.  This is often just because you are more likely to be having more disturbed sleep and therefore are remembering your crazy sleep thoughts.  Some of these dreams may reflect on worries that you have about becoming a Mum.  Don’t worry – you’re gonna be great x

Bloating can start around now with the slowing down of the digestive system.

Eat lots of fruit and fibre to keep things moving and remember to drink plenty of water – even if you are suffering with morning sickness.

Myth dispelled – You can’t exercise whilst pregnant!

This is an age old myth and should be ignored.  Moving around is good for you and your baby.  If you are deciding on a new exercise programme you do need to take things steady but if you were active before – carry on.  Be safe but stay fit and health.
