Postnatal Yoga

Babies welcome!

As a new mum, whether that’s for the first, second, or third time, your needs are important. Your recovery is important, and I love being able to support you through it. After having a baby, your body needs nurturing and looking after, and a gentle and specific yoga practise is the perfect way to regain that strength through the core, pelvic floor, and back.

I will guide you through postures to work into these key areas, giving plenty of options depending on your stage of recovery and the type of birth you had. We use specific breathing techniques to encourage healing and build strength gradually from the inside out. You will, of course, have an opportunity to relax too.

Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth to 10 weeks post C-section.
